The place was clean and luxurious. the staff at the reception desk were thoughtful and competent. the room was always kept clean and had a bath with lovely decor. the hotel was in an amazing location, in the very best area of London - Kensington district was worth staying in.

The room was well-organized with good quality. the shower and double sink in the room were great. the hotel's location is magnificent and absolutely perfect, just a 10-15 minute walk from a famous museum. It is situated in a beautiful, quiet area near the Royal Albert Hall and the South Kensington subway station.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a great neighborhood close to many attractions. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely bath. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. I also enjoyed the super fast and delicious room service. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the underground station, making it easy to explore the city. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
The only downside was that there were some disruptions due to road closures, but the hotel staff was excellent in assisting me with alternative transportation options.
