The hotel is ideally located near many attractions and offers lovely rooms with elegant decor. the air conditioning in our room was not very effective during a warm stay, and some cleanliness issues were present upon arrival. a good choice for a convenient getaway but could improve on comfort and housekeeping.

Had a pretty good stay. My room was a decent size and had all the modern stuff I needed. Really appreciated the free drinks and snacks—it hit the spot! The internet worked fine too. But check-in was a bit rough and the staff were just okay. Kind of a buzzkill for a 5-star place.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, especially since it’s just a quick walk to the Natural History Museum and the Science Museum, making my weekend explorations all the more enjoyable. the room was quiet and comfortable, a nice retreat after bustling days out in the city.

There were complimentary cookies and popcorn that were a nice touch! The location is perfect, super close to everything and safe. The afternoon tea was yummy too!

What a lovely experience! The staff were super friendly and left a newspaper at my door each day. The room was always spotless and so comfy. The location was perfect for getting around. There were lots of cozy restaurants to try nearby. Only thing is, the bar area could get a bit crowded in the evenings.

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend jaunt in London with good value considering the price charged. The room was stylish and clean. It had a nice coffee and tea station with complimentary snacks. Definitely check out Muriel's for breakfast and afternoon tea.

The room, a Deluxe Double Room, was exceptionally clean and featured remarkably comfortable beds, creating a restful atmosphere. While the bathroom layout was small, it still provided everything needed for a good experience.
